I'm Lee Finch, based in Austria.
The artist draws his inspiration from the fascinating combination of shapes and colors of urban street art in lost places, the rediscovery and reinterpretation of printing techniques and the use of everyday materials. His works are a dynamic interplay of expressive graphic elements, atmospheric color compositions and narrative mixed-media techniques. He emphasizes the contrast between the fleeting beauty of the moment and its transience. He creates works that build a bridge between what is considered “beautiful” and therefore profitable, the conscious perception of the everyday and the decay of what was once considered desirable.
